Will sales drop?? Or would they go up??
My cousin is married to a (loser) guy who sells weed out of his vehicle in a town 30 minutes away from them. I live in California, and in November its going to be put on the ballots whether marijuana is going to be legal or not for adults over 18 years of age.
If it became legal, would sales go up or down for someone like him??? I wasnt sure

I think he racks in about $500 - $1,000 a day, with him selling various buds from different plants

They would go down. Given that it will be available in stores and dispensaries for many, with easy access, he will make significantly less money, and may have to find alternative means of work. The only way he would make any money is to sell it at a higher price than the stores, and that's assuming that people would actually allow themselves to be ripped off. |

it will actually only be sold to peoples 21 and older.
they are treating it like alcohol.
probably stay the same for him. no one wants to be taxed on their weed. but i'm sure the law will require a license to sell the drug...just like alcohol.
