Forgot to call in probation!? Please help?

Okay so i had court monday and it go reseted. I am suppose to call in every tuesday, but didnt know i had to anymore. and called my lawyer today who said i should have gone in monday to the probation people. Im so scared i had no clue, what is gonna happen? am i going to get arrested. I dont want to go through that again. If you know please help me.

Call them first thing in the morning. Be honest with them. If you let it go, they may have the judge issue a bench warrant. It really depends on what state you're in and on your probation officer.

Just call in the morning and explain it to them.

You should be fine. Report as normal and tell them that you misunderstood. You might get a verbal reprimand, that should be it. Good luck. Be good.
