Friends mom trying to put me in juvenile hall for absolutely nothing?

I was playing basketball with some of my friends tonight and at the end of the night I was walking home with one of my friends. This kids mom spots him and and starts following us in her car. Apparently she knows my name but has never seen me before til tonight. She thinks that I smoke pot with this kid which was true about a month ago until I stopped smoking because I got arrested and have been taking piss tests. I no longer indulge in illegal drugs so my piss tests are clean but I do need my Dr. prescribed medications to prevent these horrible panic attacks that im having. This woman goes off on me like nuts saying im smoking pot daily and doing all types of illegal activities (absolutely not true). I tell her the truth that im on probation and getting my life together but of course she doesn't believe me. I get home and shortly after my friend calls saying that his mom is talking to the police and is trying to (take me down). My question is, what can she possibly do to me? I am living a better life now and all of the sudden this woman barges into my life and is trying to get me arrested for absolutely nothing. Shes crazy. Should I be worrying about this? I just dont know my mind is racing so fast and im having panic attacks every hour. Advice please someone.

You can't be found guilty on hearsay alone, and if you've been clean and not offered any opportunities to be documented doing anything illegal, then you should be fine.

Your PARENTS need to go after HER for harassment if you are truly doing nothing wrong she needs to back off.

She's telling you that that's her kid and you're not his friend ..She's turned up the heat because she's protecting her own kid ... for your own safty you need to avoid her and avoid yer buddy .. she has the power obviously righjt or wrong to tell her kid who he will or will not hang out with .....She's right and she's smart in some ways to make it very clear to blockheaded kids that don't want to listen that she is serious .. Even if you can't see her side of it YTou can bet she thinks she's doing the right thing given all the variables involved ..i would appologize to her and tell her that you understand how she feels and explain that you are trying to make up for some stupid mistakes and understand why she need not trust you with regards to her child ..With the law u may get 3 strikes .. but with MOM you get Zero ..if your smart you'll do what she's asking you to do ... stay away from her and her kid .. some people aren't going to listen to reason or be tolerant of anything esspecially when it comes to their kids , homes , family etc...

As long as you are not smoking anymore there is nothing she can do to you. There would have to be proof. She is nuts for thinking otherwise.

She is obviously spun up and something is hinky with her son if she knows your name and has never met you before. Someone is saying something. For her to follow you and go off? Sounds like he is still smoking.

I would highly recommend that you have nothing to do with this kid at all to be on the safe side.

If you were my kid I would be knocking on this womens door and explain to her that if she ever speaks to you again there will be a problem. Actually now that I think about it I would call the police and let them talk to you and go over and talk to the Mom.

Then she would realize that she is just shy of getting into some serious trouble. Plus if she did try to pull anything or something happened there would be a police report on record.

Again..... relax. As long as you keep your nose clean as you have there is nothing she can do. You do need to tell your parents about this if you have not already.

(If) you haven't done anything to violate the conditions of your probation, you have no worries. You might want to steer clear of her son as a precaution.

the police would have to charge you with a crime. since you have not committed one you have nothing to worry about. the cops will be checking up on you, they will know your on probation, so watch yourself. pot is the worst it stays in your system for 30-60 days,leave it alone, you have a prescription for your meds. don't take them out w/o proof you have a prescription as you can be charged . that could violate you. sounds like it would be better not to hang around this kid until you are off probation.
