**HELP ME**...If i have probation in GA..but violate it in Tn will i go to jail for the remainer?

I was arrested dec in cobb county for dui, underage drinking, possession of liquor,wreckless, and speeding..but mainly DUI the other were charges.

I got probation till Nov 2009..my license was suspended, community service, and a DUI class and an evaluation was my probation.

Early am ths morning the weatehr was really bad adn my car hydroplaned and spinned in cirles throwing me off the road and totaling the car.

Now am i considered violating probation from georgia in tn? Or will they find out? And will i have to go to jail or just get a lawyer?

And..my court date in tn for the suspended license and insurance will i go to jail? And do i need to clear my GA suspended license first..they told me i can get it reinstated within 4months of my probation...bt?..im not sure. Help?

I didnt have insurance and my license was suspened. The police officers that assisted me didnt take me to jail instead gave me a ciation dn a court date here in tn..where i live, williamson county.

Your grammar and spelling are awful....that was very hard to read.

Driving on a suspended license will almost certainly violate the terms of your probation (as it should)

And you deserve to sit it out in jail for a while, but there's no way for us to know whether or not that will happen.

driving with suspended license and leaving the state are both violations of your probation it's up to the probation officer and the judge to decide if you go to jail or not. you need to think about the consequences before you do the crime
