A friend of mine was just telling me that she had read this in high times magazine (this current issue) and I quite honestly dont believe her, is she right or is this just a rumor?

It's legalized for medicinal reasons, and HEAVILY abused, but still illegal everywhere in the US due to federal law. |

Medical marijuana is legal, and has been for years.
One representative from SF put forward a proposal to legalize it (to help the budget by taxing it), but it's not going anywhere. |
