I am currently going through the process of removing my child from the UK jurisdiction. I was wondering if anyone knew about the whole process and any problems which they had been presented with during the proceedings. I would also like to know how long it took to do this as we are up against a deadline due to work? Any answers would be appreciated.

Well no one is stopping you, just leave our shores and go hither. try Shariah jurisdiction. If you had any sense you wouldn't ask us lot such a question, just ask a solicitor, or whatever they call them in your homeland.
