He got popped once for DWI in 1987. He was racing away from a McD's at 11pm and he was weaving between traffic on 7th ave. It actually took the police 18 blocks to stop him. Unfortunately he had eaten any burgers, thereby getting rid of the evidence, and the Manager didnt have video tape. There have been multiple investigations into the Hamburglars suspicious activities, but since the advent of the dollar menu he has quieted down. Another theory is that he was actually able to get hired by McD's as an employee and they corporate doesnt really "want" to keep proceeding.

Yes but he has escaped several times. If he is every caught for good he is facing life in imprisonment

i would have to say yes since his uniform is black and white stripes. must be an escaped convict as well. does this mean i can shoot to kill if i see him somewhere?

I hope so, that As$h0le stole my nuggets like 10 years ago. Yeah, that's right, nuggets. He probably hasn't because he is so good at deceiving people. You would think he steals hamburgers, but nope! NUGGETS!!!!!!!

All charges were dropped. There wasn't any evidence. Mike Hyphong said "there was no meat to the case".Witnesses were heard to say the hamburglar was grilled extensively.There were several appeals to hold the pickles and the lettuce,and the court upheld those orders. However, Hyphong said ,of his office, " Special orders don't upset us".
Hyphongs last words were an appeal to "Let us serve you your way".
