No my area is great. The local teenagers have great manners. I have a community police officer who I know by name as he plods the beat. The only yob I have seen recently was a BNP canvasser, that when I tried to engage him (surely it should have been the other way round) he got all arsey, even though I was being polite. I just wanted him to explain the economics of converting all agriculture in England into Organic. I told him that I was chuffed that the BNP took the organic movement so seriously, but he only wanted to talk about Polish people "nicking our jobs".

The police are constantly having to chase their tails becuase the courts do not lock criminals up any more. If the sentences were better, like in the USA, there would be a deterrent factor and there would be less neds on the street. In the USA you get sentences measured in years for shoplifting. In the UK, a shoplifter with over 80 convictions for theft type crimes is unlucky to get 30 days. Most sentences are fines (which the neds dont pay) compulsory attendance, community service orders etc (which the neds dont attend) conditional discharges, admonishments..... About 50 different names for a 'slap on the wrist'.... As for under 16's, at a childrens panel hearing the most they get is a supervision order; then for every offence they commit after that, the punishment is that the supervision order is allowed to continue......

Actually, I live in a condo.. and one night I came home and there were cops everywhere. They told me my next door neighbors were the biggest meth dealers in the region and it was a giant bust! The cops here work really hard and I'm very thankful for them.

Yes, they drive past the wee eejits who urr drinking in the street, then wonder why we call them out later in the evening cos oor windaes huv been panned in by the drunken numpties!!. It's getting too much tae bear!!! Why dae we pay yon taxes????
