Yes, definitely. I once had a boss that drove like a maniac. I have raced motorcycles, sports cars, and even driven a Nextel Cup racer around Lowes Motor Speedway, but never have I been as affraid as I was with him. One time, the moron was driving 90 mph, talking on a cell phone, and had to steer with his knee so he could wave his hand while making a point to someone who couldn't see him. I risked my job and refused ever to ride with him again. Sometimes we had to go somewhere together, and I would not do it unless he let me drive.

Yes, I was on a ride along, and lucky me, a pursuit chase, my heart was pounding, but of course, I couldn't tell my officer to slow down, but it ended for about 25 mins, and it was the longest 25 mins in my life.

I was MARRIED to someone like that...and I think he did it just to drive me crazy! It got so bad to the point where I refused to ride with him. I'd either take Amtrak or go Greyhound and meet at the destination. The man I'm with now used to drive a school bus and he drives a lot safer than my ex...thank God.

Yeah, when I first moved to Houston I had a friend that drove like that. It scared the crap out of me until I discovered that's how everyone drove in Houston and if you wanted to get anywhere you had to drive like that.
