Guy is an immigrant. he was driving with a car that is NOT his and with a NOT Valid license. He hit a car and left the scene leaving an injure person. is he going to jail? for how long? what will happen to him.
please help me answer this question. thank you!

He SHOULD do time for 2 DISTINCT offenses.
1. He was driving without a license.
2. He left the scene of a COLLISION.
I will not assume he is an illegal immigrant or that he did not have permission to use a car that was not his. Either of those would be additional reasons he should spend time behind bars.
My question is: Is he in jail or not.? You state in your header he IS in jail, then ask in your details if he is GOING to jail. |

Yes, he'll probably go to jail. It's a felony to leave the scene of an injury accident. |
