Then you would be put where you belong. However, because of the idiots in the government and judiciary, you will probably get a slap on the wrist and being as you seem to be some sort of idiot, you will probably just carry on being a pillock.

You should obviously be taken off the streets.But perhaps if someone in your family was run over by a drunken driver or killed by some idiot with a weapon or your possesions were stolen.[assuming you are not a dole scrounger] justice would be served.
But don,t worry you will probably get off with a caution by some stupid do-gooder.
Then you can do it all again.
PS why not take drugs and then you can blame that.

Drink Driving and Stolen Goods will have no bearing or relevance to the current case against you, because you have already served sentence for them, unless they were suspended and have not yet expired.
A caution for an offensive weapon will be taken into account and will add weight to the CPS case against you.
You may be facing a short jail term, possibly suspended, possibly not.

Sorry but I have to ask. Why are you stupid enough to keep doing things that break the law? In answer to your question - you will probably do time. Can I suggest that when you go inside you sign up for a couple of classes and improve your educational qualifications? You might not be so stupid when you come out as to break the law again.

Well you won't be able to travel to America anymore but the good news is the UK should be prodiving you with some free housing soon, a tv, playstation, give you a job and educate you so you can get a good job on the 'outside'. Then if you weren't happy with your treatment you can sue them and come away with a couple thousand pounds

And to think if you murdered someone you would probably be given a whole new identity and get to move

Technically you can get up to 4 years, though probably it'll be a community service term plus fine. Conceivably you'll get a short spell inside.

If the weapon is a knife or blade then in the current climate a custodial sentence cannot be ruled out.

There was an item on the news regarding possession of weapons and they want to give several years in prison but I would reckon 6 months or more because of your previous charges.
