Ok so a few months ago in my mum in laws pub. There was a unprovoked incident which led to someone being glassed and threw to the flor and kicked by 5 men.. And a girl was strangled (me) This was 4 months ago the police have "just arrested them" Or some of. And has said they have passed the case now to CPS and said the evidence (statements) May not be enough. As they all from different angles etc but they state the basis and name one of the guys who did the initial glass issue. However these young people are also known to the police for similar offences and i think they have a probation hanging on them the time of the assault. I guess what i'm asking is? What is the likely hood these people will be charged? They are denying it of course saying the other fellow started it. They were very high on "coke" and alcohol at the time. And i'm thinking maybe as its been 4 months now and we have 6 statements i'm not sure which way it is going to go. I know every case is different. One of the witnesses is the farther of a policeman. And the victim an ex soldier. Anyway what are your opinions of this? Many thanks

Well Now What

First off if these men were in a Pub
Where liquor is sold
.
And they are on probation that in its self is a violation of the rules of being on probation
.
And they are to go back to jail for just being there
.
And to of done something that is harmful to another is another offense and the proof you have is visible evidence
.
And admissible in a court of law as being enough proof to show that you know who the persons are that did it to you
.
As long as to were not tippsee
.
Then it is just a matter of fact verses Believe me what I say
.
