How can I be a Police Officer ?

Im currently a peace officer, which i know its nothing alike..
I took Criminal justice for 2yrs in High School.

I want to fill out an application.. where do i go? after that they shall send me to an academy right ?

what about the written exams?

First of all - all police officers, deputy sheriffs and state troopers/highway patrol/state police (as well as others) are considered "peace officers" - at least in most states.

Apply to a department....

1. Pass the written exam
2. Pass the oral boards/interview
3. Pass the physical agility exam
4. Pass the background investigation
5. Pass the polygraph exam
6. Pass the medical exam
7. Pass the psychological exam

Once you've done that, then you go to the academy - typically 6 months, full-time (in Calfornia). Upon graduation, you're sworn in. You'll then go through a period of probation (1-3 years) with a training officer, after which you're "fully qualified".
