Please give up on dating and a social life until your kid(s) are 18. They deserve the attention of at least one caring parent. You gave up your "Right" to a personal life when you became a MOM. Now for whatever reason your kid(s) have no dad. Don't date, don't introduce children to any male friends--- that is the most common ploy of child molesters. Get some counseling for your anger.

you can call an animal rights group. idon't think there is much you can do as the humane society is investigating the animal abuse charge and willfile whatever charge they feel is appicable.

this one is pretty simple. all crime are either felonies or misdemeanors, with some being called "wobblers", which means it could be prosecuted either way, depending on the facts of the case. In any case, contact the local District Atty. office, they are the deciding agency who actually files the case, they decide whether to proceed as a felony or misdemeanor.

All the charges and how they are prosecuted are the responsibility of the local District Attorney. You should contact them and discuss the issues with them. The have to build the case against him and depend on how much evidence and how long it takes to build a case against him.
