I know she is in a lot of trouble.But she keeps bragging to me.I am not in pressed.I have a lot of respect for cops which not many teens can say.(I am 18)And it makes me angry because they could be saving liefs and she wants their attention.And everyone one Else's too.How can I get her to stop bragging to me?Thanks!

Tell her that getting pulled over really isn't cool. Anyone who is stupid enough to repeat that many offenses in one night shouldn't even be allowed on the road. Just find ways to make it not look good. That really really isn't anything to brag about.
Living in a small town I've learned that if you say anything about anything it's probably going to get around to the wrong person and you'll get smacked in the face for it sooner or later. You might want to point that out. |

you answered your own question, ignore her she wants attention! When she starts talking about it again, just try and change the subject as best you can talk about nothing! Or go somewhat mean but honest and tell her the truth, say something like, it's not that cool you got busted sooo many times in one night, I wouldnt brag about being so obvious to have been busted like that, i dont know people might start making fun of you!!! ( i would). Eventually she will relize its embarassing and shamful to get in to trouble over something stupid and small, and get into soo much trouble for it! |
