i know this guy and hes nice and all. his troubles started before I moved here but his problem is his ex wife and a judge.
He is a father and years ago his daughter lived with him. she was a baby. he was tending to his daughter's diaper rash, because a neighbor saw him putting ointment on her groin, and the judge believing the report, he was labeled child molester-pedophile.
He sued the judge and the neighbor and won but the label still remains.
How can a judge do this and lebal someone this way without a trial and a conviction.
because of this, he hasent seen his daughter in many years, and may never.

Ummm, why should we, total strangers, accept your version of the events? How do we know that your side is accurate? Who knows what details you left out, or were held from you?

You mean he was convicted of a crime? How did that happen? Did he go to trial? Did he cop a plea?
Legally, nobody is labeled - criminal defendants are acquitted or convicted; civil litigants either suffer jury verdicts or are awarded by them. Hence, your judge and neighbor aren't liable for some label.

Umm, you still haven't said what the judge did. Sounds to me like justice could very well have been served. |
