My best friends cousin was deported and she told me he had gotten arrested for not going to his parole officer. That doesn't make any sense? How do you check with your parole officer if you got deported?
Additional Details
I should probably add that he was in jail for being a drug dealer. He did 3 years but was sentenced for 6. He got out for good behavior. He got deported for 10 years but now arrested for violating parole??? I'm confused.

If you are deported, it is illegal to be in the country. That would make getting arrested for a parole violation impossible.
In addition, it should be impossible to GET parole if you are a candidate for deportation.
It sounds like what he was arrested for is RETURNING to the country. |

ok well my name is carlos i completed 2 years with half nother words i did 11 months because i got mile stones wich means i did good in school for the G.E.D . i got released one month earlier on feb 24 2011. from c.r.c state prison. i got picked up by I.N.S OR A.K.A. I.C.E . and took me to san bernadino federal. from there i got deported over to T.J baja california and now im worried about coming back due to parole . is funny because i called the police station, me and my dad, and we asked if i was or em i on parole and they said yes i am . but i ask do i have a warrent for my arrest . watch comander said negative no hits for my house or old adress or my name. ! im sorry for my grammer not a good speller but im sure im able to communicate . |
