After reading some of the answers, I would say were doomed.

Our pride is what we make, and we are not proud any more,because murderers can stay in the UK at Her Majestys Pleasure ( we don't want to step on his human rights), gangs of kids can kill innocent people defending their property and families, Asylum seekers who escape torture and punishment for committing crime in their native countries are given liberty in the Uk to commit further crimes.

Its an absolute mess!

As for democracy? I didn't vote for Gordon Brown to be PM, nor did 99.995 of voters at the last election.

Have to re-introduce discipline with our children and stop them running amock, and also the Gov has has to stop bowing down to 'european' laws and legislation, we should be independant. None of the other countries in Europe fall over backwards trying to stick to the 'european rules', they just take the mick.... they must all be laughing behind their backs at the way the UK falls around trying to follow their stupid rules...!!

The UK is doomed unless we evict the Labour party from power and get rid of all of the lefty 'do gooder' hangers on who think that murderous immigrants are an asset to this country. These are the same people who tell us that to call ourselves British is racist and eliteist and we can't celebrate christmas because it MIGHT upset the muslims. We have to get our country back or else we are facing a future that could end up with Britain becoming an Islamic State, and I'm being totally serious about that, I no longer consider that a joke, because the government doesn't seem to have the balls to say NO to these people, and cleverly shut people up who talk about Britain becoming BRITAIN again by labeling them as 'Racist' or BNP Bunny, people are increasingly becoming p*ssed off with this and won't take it for much longer, because face it, unless we get up off our behinds NOW there won't be a country to redeem, the Labour government will have signed away every right we ever fought for, does anyone remember we fought 2 world wars for the freedom we currently still sort of enjoy? I'm sorry but I find this a particularly emotive subject, and one that makes me very angry when I get to thinking about it. Damn you Tony Blair!

If you have no culture now, then you probably never had any in the first place, so you cannot claim it back.

My guess is that you are probably English, or at any rate, think you are. Unless you can trace your ancestory back at least until pre-Norman England, then you will not convince me or anyone else that you are English.

I'm Welsh and my DNA goes back 10,000 years here in UK. Do my race, the Brythonic Celts, think they have the sole right to occupy the Island of Britain? Yes.
