In Canada how come some drug dealers that got busted don't even see a jail sell.
and how come canada is so different then the United States like if a drug dealer got caught in the U.S they would definitely do some jail time but in canada 70% out of a 100 don't go to jail?

most dealers that are caught don't see jail because unlike America Canada doesn't have minimum sentencing and it doesn't make sense to through every dealer thats caught with small amounts of drugs in jail especially if you consider that it costs about $100,000 a year to keep one person in prison. could you imagine paying that much to put away a person selling only a few gram of marijuana

A more reality based view of life and whats more important and what is counter productive to a free society. Thats my guess.
