There will always be crime.
The cameras and the cops simply make a small dent in the crime rate. |

The cctv can be compelling evidence if it is of suitable quality and clearly identifies offenders.
The police officers, once they catch a criminal, get tied up at the station completing reams and reams of repetitive paperwork - all the time ENSURING that the criminals HUMAN RIGHTS are NOT COMPROMISED in anyway! Instead, the cops should be out on the streets, deterring crime and making law abiding citizens feel safer.
The sentences for offenders in the UK are NOT adequate - and we are so hell bent on ensuring their human rights are not compromised. What about the VICTIMS???
Whilst punishment should be harsher, we should also be teaching these repeat criminals to behave and educating them so they can gain some self respect and gainful employment and be of use to society instead of tormenting the innocent.
So we need to show them that we WILL NOT TOLERATE their criminal behaviour - and until the government/law lords/courts, etc. realise that this is what the majority of the law abiding public WANT, crime will continue to increase - despite STATISTICS allegedly showing a DECREASE!!!! What a joke! |

Quite simply because there is no deterrent for crime in this country.
As for "all the cops" you mention, they are far to busy harassing the motorist, as this is the simple way to give them crime statistics that show they are combatting crime. |

Because the prisons are overcrowded so the courts are very lenient in order to keep more people out of prison. Plus the "do gooders" sitting behind a desk stating "political correctness" and "human rights of the accused" |

Problem is that there are (at a guess) 50-60 million people in this country. Whilst the large majority are law-abiding, there are the ones who will always commit crime regardless. There are only tens of thousands of Police. Imagine a town on a normal night, may only have two cars with two officers in each. Four police officers to cover sometimes between 50-100 square miles. They are tied up normally with minor accidents, harassments, neighbour disputes (civil law not criminal) and other minor incidents. They are not able to be proactive and creep around looking for burglars and car thieves. This is mainly due to people not being able to sort out their own problems.
With the advent of community officers, there isn't the massive drive for police at the moment. They can't make arrests, but can collate information. Police officers appear to be in decline. A product mainly it seems due to Mr Blair. But they can't be everywhere. If the general public caled on the government for more officers then it would put pressure on the politicians to act and start to recruit more officers. Some may not like the idea as there seems to be a general dislike for the Police. People who don't want more police are generally criminals or those who have been 'done wrong' by the police or the courts (ie victims of crime)
You will never stop crime. You will only ever manage it. |

same reason hackers get stronger with more anti spyware programs, the same as everytime you take medicine you make the bacterias stronger, just the same as new radar detectors are out then suddenly new radar guns are out, the best one is do you ever notice when a big computer virus comes out, suddenly a particular anti virus company has the cure..... |

if the cops in uk would be allowed to use their weapons more, crime would be down 100%, german police, You don't mess with them, nor anyother police force, only the uk police forces are laughed at. all they can do is...........well nothing, when i was a bad boy, i got away with murder with the police and even now i look at them and they haven't changed, i done 5000 worth of damage to cars at a factory and got a warning-now if i done that in itlay, i would still be inside!!! |

Firstly where are "all the cops"? their sitting behind desks filling out hours of paperwork.Theirs fewer cops on the streets where their needed.
And as for CCTV, well the immigrants are not used to this technology so it doesn't bother them. |

as long as there is poverty and a system that gives the majority of posessions to the minority there will be crime. |

Have you ever heard of a ginger beer factory?
Well it almost perpetual motion where the sugar grows yeast and the yeast regenerates again.
So what's this got to do with the law?
Well to start that's what its all about.
Generating jobs for the Inner Circle and I don't mean the underground.
You must create 'side line work' as much as you can in order for the business of Law and Order to expand.
We have more law enforcement people in the ranks than we have criminals, and the law is getting bigger.
Why do you think we make laws every day with loop-holes if it is not to increase the various arms of the law.
This is without the laws they never intend activating because it is impossible.
Once caught however you immediately generate work.
The law is the UK's biggest con where the criminals and the victims are pawns in the money making scheme of things.
One £1000 expert generates the opposing £1000 expert.
CCTV is a part of this.
We buy our own tracking devices.
The police pull them in. The law lets them out.
So it goes on and on with lessons to learn all the time. |
