I live in New York City.
My best friend lives in an apartment building (single mom, 2 kids). Her neighbor across the hall is VERY shady.
He HAS an illegal fire arm. I see it on him in the halls and he threatens people with it and is always running off at the mouth about what he's going to do and who he's going to do it to. He pulls it out over every little spat. (He is surprisingly open about it!)
Both my friend and I are EXTREMELY concerned; there are several families throughout the building with many small children. How do I go about reporting this?
We seriously need help. Who do we contact? And will anything definitely be done? Or will they just file a report, because that is NOT enough!
