Each state has it's own regulations about Bond Enforcement Agents ( bounty hunters). As a BEA, you would be working for a bailbondsman, who is also responsible (legally) for all your actions while you represent him.
Best advice would be to call a few bailbondsmen in your area and offer to take them out to lunch. Ask them about qualifications needed, training, certifications, etc. If the bondsman feels you would be a positive asset to him ( and not a loose cannon on deck ), he will steer you in the right direction and give you a job offer.
