Today I got a speeding ticket for going 44 in a 25 zone, does anyone have any idea how much that will be? and also the address on my drivers license is my parents home, but I gave the cop my apartment address, but he wrote it wrong and i didn't realize till after, does anyone know how i go about changing that so they don't send it to the wrong place? Thank you!

go to the station and let them know. 44 in a 25..wow your luck if you were going 1 mph faster you would have gotten 6 points on your lisence and prob a lot more money that ticket would cost. now i dont know how much it will be. the judge decides that but i do know its 4 points on your license. but hopefully the judge will lower down to something else...good luck |

Just appear in court on the specified date. Plead guilty, no contest or not guilty. There is no need for the court or law enforcement agency to mail you anything unless you fail to appear in court as specified on the citation. |

Take a look at your copy of the ticket. There's probably a phone number on there to call. You can ask them what to do. Maybe the address doesn't matter at all, if you go in to pay it. |

Slow down, what you want to hit a kid riding her little bike on the street?
Just go to court or pay it you can let them know at that time that the address on the ticket is wrong, besides they wont be sending you anything other than subpoena to appear in court if you miss your hearing not likely but that is the only thing the would send to you. |
