How do I get it back and when...?

I didn't go to court on my scheduled date. A warrant was issued for my arrest. I turned my self in and was given a new court date and had to post bail. I went on my new court date and resolved my legal issus. How do I get the bail money back and how long will it take?Will they just mail me a check or do I have to request it?

I believe you will have to request it. Call the court clerk to find out.

The process varies from court to court and state to state. You need to call the court clerk's office and ask.
