need to know how you got IN jail. if you LANDED there, then you have to wait 3 turns and pay $50, or have a GET OUT OF JAIL FREE card, or one other way. Cant remember

if it's REAL jail, the usual ways are:

Release, no prosecution
Post Cash bail
Post a Bond
release on your own recognizance
escape
Judge/court releases you
case not filed
plead to a lesser offense
found not guilty
found guilty and serve your time

I may have missed one.

First you have to get in jail to get out. I've got two cards to get out of jail free, otherwise you have to get doubles or get out on your 4th roll.

You can post bail if you have been given that option. There is bond but you can't run if you do that. You'll have people chasing you. If you have already been convicted of a crime you must either be pardoned or be paroled. There are requirements as to how much time you have to serve before you can be paroled. You will have to go before a board and be approved. As for a pardon write a letter to either the governor of your state or the current president of the united states. If you feel you were wrongly convicted you can try an appeal. However i think your best bet is to just not commit a felony.
