A boy who gos to my school came to a pizza party at the tutor center (he was invited). it was a reward for all of us who worked hard. we used my little sisters ipod for music. At the end of the party he had stolen it! and this is a SEVEN YEAR OLD GIRL'S ipod that he stole! now i dont care that he stole it. But he messed with my family! NO ONE GETS AWAY WITH THAT!!

my mom is a tutor and five people saw him and he intimidated them. i need a good revenge plot.

File a police report and have the officers investigate it. The truth is they wont do too much about it but it might scare him enough to give it back. My question is, how can you be sure that he took it? What if you're plotting against the wrong person?
Get the parents involved, it will work if he has strict parents, if the parents are losers then forget it.
You could try to find a way for someone to get it back. For example, you could have a mutual friend go to his house and look for it. Or spy on him for a while -- maybe on the weekend, to see if he comes outside with it. Then you can take his picture.
Ok, now that I've given you the civilized things to do...if you're absolutely sure he stole it-- start a smear campaign. Find his picture, make 100 copies of it with the words "THIEF" across the page. On the bottom type "Stole IPOD from a 7 year old" and paste them EVERYWHERE! Tell him you'll print a "retraction" if he gives the IPOD back. |

I'm not one to back down, but the funny thing is, sometimes the best thing you can do is not do anything. If you can't steal it back without much risk. Let it go. |

Get the ID number from the bill of sale on the I pod and file a police report about the incident. Let them handle it. |
