Ok people this might sound harsh but I have a sister who probaly is the biggest b***** in the world who will stop at nothin to make my life HELL! Well now I just want to give her a taste of her own med. I know that she has stolen many merchandise from her previous job and has a history of gettin arrested for thieft! Well now I have proof that she stole things from her job and she has it all in her house, how do it get her caught? Do I go to the police first or her employer? How do I get them to get a warrent to check the house for the stuff? I need real help here please! I know this may sound horriable but I need this done not because of revenge but I need to Make her stop!

I recommend that you talk to her employer first and let her employer decide how they want to handle it.
If the results are not satisfactory the next step would be a written report to the Police. |

You would want to show your proof to the employer of the establishment. |

Alert the police to the items in your house that were stolen. That will give them probable cause to come in and search the house, and if they find the items your sister stole, they will hook her and book her. |

why do you need to get her arrested? people that can't handle their own problems are the reason law enforcement and government have gotten out of control. you should either rely on karma or kick her butt yourself. pretend your responsible for yourself. |

if you have a mobile phone with a camera on it use it.take photos or make a short movie of the stuff she stole, then show the end results to her boss.her boss can then contact the police, with the evidence you have she will be arrested again |
