im in an abusive realationship and i cant take it anymore. I have 2 young babies, and am pregnant now. I have no money because my fiance never allowed me to work because he knew he could keep money away from me and keep me trapped by turning me into a "house wife."The car is in his name so I dont even have transportation and when he caught wind that i was leaving he refused to pay the phone bill so i cant even call these shelters. I have no family left living as i was a foster child. Im 21 years old and i desperately need answers. any one????

You need to call the police. Any phone will make a 911 call regardless of the money in has put into it. |

Find a phone and call the police about getting a restraining order/protection from abuse order (depends on what your state calls it). Also ask them for the numbers for the shelters.
If he hasn't paid the bill, 911 should still work on your phone. Use it to be connected to the police or go to a payphone.
Don't wait around for him to kill you. It has happened before. |

When he isn't around, go to the police and get a restraining order against him. You will speak to a judge and you have to tell him EVERYTHING. This will allow you to stay in the home until you have a hearing. Are you married or just dating?
Once you talk to the police, they will serve him with the restraining order and he would have to stay away from you.
Are the kids you have from him? Does he work? Then he would also have to pay for child support. After the hearing the court will assist you with finding a place of your own.
