I live in Illinois and had got an underage drinking ticket at the end of January, and had court for it around the end of February. I received a 250 dollar fine and 6 months court supervision to get it off my record. No mention was made if my license was going to be suspended or not in court, but I was told by many friends that it would be for at least 3 months. It's now May and still nothing has come in the mail, so I still don't know if it will be suspended or it is now and they just haven't told me. Any suggestions on how I should check or opinions on if I will get anything in the mail still?

You can go down to the dept of motor vehicles and get your driving record. Give them a call, they may be able to tell you over the phone.

stop a cop and ask him to run a record check on your license number.just make shure you are riding a bicycle at the time before you ask .

Simply call the police and ask. It is my opinion that you would have been informed in court not to drive if your license was suspended..

The judge must have been easy on you. If he had suspended your license he would've told you. And no, he didn't just forget.
