I have always heard that if you put a penny in your shoe, u will pass........there is also plenty of websites that tell you how to pass a polygraph...but just dont lie and u should pass with flying colors. |

If you are an overly nervous person, small things can help in the long run. Avoid caffine for at least 24 hours prior and get a good nights rest. Try your best to be relaxed and just go with the flow. |

Most answers you recieved simply say to tell the truth. That's the bottom line. Don't listen to anyone who tells you to put a penny in your shoe or anything like that. Believe me, you CAN'T learn to control your heart-rate, etc. enough to fool a machine or the operator. Perhaps is you were a master manipulator who studies for years how to do it, you might confuse the machine. But really, other than simply telling the truth, nothing anyone tells you or anything you read on the Internet is effective. My advice is simple. If you don't intend to tell the truth or think you will be able to fool the machine, DON'T volunteer to take any polygraph test. Trust me on this. :-) |
