Hello Doll. Call the facility, ask for visitation. Identify the person you want to know about and ask if he is there. Any person incarcerated and the charges they are being held on is considered public knowledge and they will tell you over the phone.

Call 911 threaten them. Tell them you will throw up on the officers. They will arrest you put you in jail then maybe you will find an inmate in the jail you go to. You wont have to really find an inmate because you will be one. :-)

You could also call the non emergency line of the main police dep in phoenix and ask them what you need to know.
