She is a criminal who cares nothing for you, the unborn child, or the victims or else she would not committed the crimes.

When she took a plea, she plead guilty of the crime. Which means she said to the court that she did it, and now has to sit in jail.
6 months seems like a long time, but, if she concentrates on how bad it is there it will seem like forever!!
She should use this time, if she can, to concentrate on getting ready for the baby by using the prison library for books on pregnancy and parenting.
It sounds like her mom couldn't have taught her very well on those subjects, so she needs to learn on her own. It would be good for her and it would make the time go faster.
The best of luck to you both, and remove yourselves from the woman who calls herself a mother and don't let her back into your lives until she cleans up!!

Get a lawyer to set a court date reason she lied under oath. when the judge hears what really happened he will give her an opportunity to testify against her mother. make sure they know that there is a bigger fish to get here the dealer mother knows who it is. if daughter doesn't want to rat out her mother tough. she is stupid and should stay in jail. PS get a real lawyer NOW.

1) Has she already been sentenced? If so then she has to do her time. If she can't do the time then she should not have done the crime.

2) If she has not been sentenced yet can you bail her out?

sorry there is nothing that you can do that will get her out. She is already sentanced so she cant get bail. Any appeal would take much longer than 6 months as well. Does Washington give credit for good behavior? i know ny and cali do and it can take off anywhere form a quarter to half the time best of luck.

Wow, what a way you've got. Honey my son's father went to prison on drug charges twice before he was 3. I know the jail system a little bit.

She has every right to be scared but if she takes care of herself and thinks of the baby she should be ok, You did'nt say how far along she is.So will she be home before the baby is born? Is she in local jail or state prison. My friends daughter had her baby in prison and she (my friend) brought the baby home until she did her time.

It looks like she will have to do those six months, just be as supportive as you can, try to visit/write often, be there for her and for God's sake keep her away from her mother she is POISON like most drug addicts. You can not help a drug addict that doesnt want help no matter how many times they say come get me.... it's just a ploy because they are out of money. been there done that

Look contact a bails bond person explain the details they will be happy to look it up. They have data bases and can find out. This is America. Not some thrid world. People are quick to judge as long as it's not one of their family members. If need be contact public defender they are free and call answers you need answered. Good luck
