How do i know if i have been caught speeding in NSW?

i was coming home today and i didnt realise that there was a cop with his radar gun... the speed limit was 100km/h and i was doing about 107, would i just find out by mail or what? im also on my green P's so im not meant to go over 100km/h ever.

I would not worry about it. If the officer holding the radar gun did not come after you and issue you a citation he is well aware that there is a element of error if you were close to the maximum allowable speed.

Although the radar gun is kept in calibration police traffic units are well aware that most vehicle owners do not have their speedometers calibrated on a regular basis.

more than likely if he wanted you to get a ticket he would of went after you.. that's about 5 mph over here in the states and many will let you by with as much as 10 as long as your not driving like a maniac..
if your keeping up with traffic you will be ok and not recieve a ticket
