Depends on the age. If it's a child, you can speak to the school guidance counselor and tell them you are concerned, etc. They can pass it on to the dare officer who may be able to help. If it's your kid, you can have them put into a facility or into therapy for treatment. If you have a valid reason why you have to report someone, stop by the police station and ask. Someone there can give you some feedback and answer your questions. Is there any way you could be more specific? |
