How do warning citations in Massachusetts work?

I had gotten a warning citation 3 weeks ago for speeding, and another one yesterday.
Yesterday my warning was for going 22 over (yes, i am a dumbass) and driving other teenagers while still being a JOL (not legal to drive others for six months in MA).
Although I had gotten a warning, is there anything further that will happen to me? (eg. losing license/fines/insurance)
The officer who pulled me over didn't seem to know.

I am a junior operator, under 18 and within six months of having a license

A warning means just that---You are warned not to do it again. The cop gave you a break and it will not affect your insurance. Only if you are issued a traffic citation are you required to go to court and pay fines, etc. Thank the officer and try not to be so careless again.

I may be wrong but I believe that they keep track of warnings there. After 2 or 3 warnings they can suspend your license.
