Jasmine The Reggaeton Lover =D

I think it was really really sad.My mommy works for Oakland Police Department and she told me everything. She was also really sad cuz she kinda liked one of the police officers that was shot and he kinda liked her.His name was John Hege and he was 41.he lived in Concord.
The stoopid ugly lozer that shot them was named Lovelle Mixon. He was born in Oakland and then he moved to ATL.He came back from ATL when he was 13 or 14.He dropped out of middle skool. And he got arrested even at the age of 14,15,16.He was a baddd evil man cuz he was a suspect in another murder at the time he shot the cops,He also raped a 12 year old girl and his DNA was linked to 5 other little girls in tthe area.He couldnt even get a real girlfriend LOL.But anyways yeah im kinda sad too cuz i liked the cop John Hege,My mom says he was always the first to respond. My prayers go to the fallen officers and their families. They died doing what they love. They died in the line of duty D: So Sad. Also he was on parol so he really was a dum dum.
My heart goes out to John Hege,Erv Romans,Daniel Sakai, and Mark Dunakin who i also met during police get-togethers i went to with my mom.(Im 11 so i had to go) But i wanted to go and i really wanna become a police officers when i grow up.I went to the funeral with my mom and i was crying the whole time.Like the time the lady was talking about how John called a member on his own team out and at the end of the game he ran away. His couches though they had been to harsh on him but he wasnt mad at them because they found him in the hotdog line-the only reason he ran was becuz he wanted to be first in line for the hotdogs. And that time where his moms friend(the lady who was talking)said another lil boy was riding a moder cycle and john saw and he walked up to the boy and threw him off and said ''my turn''LOL
(he was young xD)So yeahhh thats my opinion on the sad thing that happened. |

I do NOT see black Oakland residents RIOTING in the street the way they did after the New Year's Eve shooting of a black BART passenger who was removed from the train for fighting. That shooting was likely an accident on the part of an inexperienced cop. Do not suppose that I am excusing it, but it disgusts me to see that the deaths of four Oakland policemen do not inspire nearly the same outrage.
The four officers massacred last Saturday were slain by a career criminal with NO regard for life or society at large. Where are the protesters? |

may they rest in peace. |

I think cops needs to be armed with fully automatic weapons. It's a war out there on the streets. |

The killing of the police officers was an outrageous crime, and should be punished accordingly. What is even more outrageous is the demonstration of support for the killer by people who must have pawned their humanity. |

I know I don't feel like the people that marched in support of the guy that killed them. If I was an African-American I'd be ashamed of these people. But I'm a European-American so I just shake my head while I watch them on the news marching in support of the killer and against the police. Time for that good old fashioned race card to come out while they blame someone else.
Some things never "change". |

It is very sad.
I was there in the Oracle Arena inside. I really care for this four officers. Even though I did not knew them. It was so very sad when one by one were coming out in the "stage".
I was all the way up in the civilian section. My heart was very touched by them. I really showed support.
This happened in my city where I live and it was pivotal because those officers were protecting us, who lived in the city.
Tears came out of my eyes silently.
I love them because they were all brave and had courage. I will pray for them everyday. |

There are a large number of passionate voices about this all over YA today. Some of them said it far better than I. Search on Oakland.
I was there! To the poster to my south, there were hundreds of thousands there today, very close to millions if you count all the people who lined the streets to wave to those attending, it grows profoundly larger if you add the people who surrounded the arena in flowers, it grows exponentially larger if you add the people who drove with their lights on and were hugging police officers who arrived from every state in the nation.
There are many, many reasons to downplay the numbers for civic rest and political advantage that only insure that another young man or woman of honor will be killed by a spoilt-angry-oakland-child. |

I am not sure which is worse. The monster that killed the officers or the sub-human slime that protested on the monster's behalf.
May the four officers rest in peace knowing they will never have to deal with scum again. Also may their families find peace and comfort knowing their loved ones died so other decent people may live.
Buster: Sorry to hear about your mom however, if you cannot show at the very least empathy for the fallen heros and there famillies then yes you are indeed a bad person. Since I do not personally know you I will let you decide if you are bad or not. |

Oakland is the city of my birth and where i eventually finished high school. I moved out of the Bay Area back in 2001. I remember that Guy being shot by the wanna bee cop on New Year's day and now this. It is very sad. I understand the suspect is a parolee why on earth was he out of prison raping women and murdering cops? Is California under the terminator so financially screwed we cannot lock the wrong people up to protect our people? |

Oddly, my mom's death was more upsetting. Am I a bad person? |

Heroes that earned and received the 20,000+ mourners at their funeral.
I actually have slight hope that some in the community will see what happened and realize that some needs to be done. Do they have a method to anonymously turn in people suspected of criminal activity?
With something this big, the only good could be that we can stop it from happening again. |

Very sad. Obviously, their training and equipment were lacking. |
