How do you get a No Contact Order dropped when I didnt request it anyways?

The laws for this vary by state. You can call the DA and request the NOC be dropped. If you change your story from your original statement though, you may be charged. If you were just angry at the time of the fight and over exaggerated your side of the story you can explain your anger. But be very careful this type of relationship can be exetremly dangerous, take caution on missing him too soon. Things get easier with time. It's hard to walk away. Relationships seldom change when they take this turn, usually it gets worse. This lifestyle could end up with both of you going to jail at some point, or even someone getting hurt. You make no mention of children, how long you've been together, is this the first time, etc......Darlin' I'm just saying be careful.....be very careful

Had to be more than a little fight.

You can't get the charges dropped. They made it so those who were battered can't make up in 5 days and drop the charges so the police have to respond again. And they will!

DV's are about the worst area for injuries and death of police officers and victims.

Those in abusive relationships need to get out as they don't change. You don't need anger management. You need to see a psychologist!

If the charges are still outstanding, you can ask the DA to remove the "no contact" condition.

If he has been convicted, and it is a condition of his probation, then you would have to ask the court or probation to drop the condition.

As others here have said, be careful. These "lil fights" have a tendency to repeat and to escalate, and sometimes to murderous proportions.

You probably will not get it dropped. That is an order issued by the judge, so they are the only one who can drop it. That is not likely to happen. They see this crap every single day. You obviously felt the need to call the police at the time of this "little fight" so either you were so dramatic as to overreact this way and file a false police report - or there was a good reason to call the police and now you are too stupid to see that this is probably going to happen again. The judge is protecting you two from each other, as well as the police department from wasting any more time on you and the public from a waste of taxpayer dollars. You two evidently need some help, otherwise the police would not have ended up in your house. He needs to stay out - stay with a friend or relative, until the court order is removed. In the meantime, both of you should be on your best behavior and he needs to do whatever the judge tells him. If you're lucky, it will be over soon and you can move back in together.
