How do you handcuff a one-armed man?

If the person is wearing a sturdy belt - you attach the other cuff to the belt. If the person is not wearing a belt, you loop a chain around the waist and secure the cuff to the chain.

You would NEVER EVER attach the other cuff to a belt loop. Belt loops detach way too easily - and then you'd have a one-armed man with a metal weapon attached to his wrist.

I can put it thru a beltloop if he has one on. You can also use 2 pairs to handcuff a skinny person, just about the elbows.
