a few people i know started a fight club and it is enjoyed by many. we were told that if it was continued and were caught that we would get in trouble with the law. how can we make this legal?

A fight club is usually illegal because it has no safety precautions built into it.(Insurance for injury and or death, winning and pot split, if hospitalized, who has the bill, the American citizen?)
The American Boxing Commission, is a licensed sport, as is WWW and has many sanctions.
If someone is smart enough to find all the legal aspects to insure the fight club was being operated in a sportsmanship atmosphere, then maybe it could be regulated. |
