First, rapists should be imprisoned for life with no possibility of parole. This is only for the people who rape adults.
Second, child molesters (I think these are the lowest of the low) should be imprisoned in the general population and be sure all the other prisoners know what they are in prison for, then after 10 years of being raped by the other prisoners they should be castrated with a very dull knife and then while they are still bleeding hang them and not the quick way the slow way so that they strangle and are fully aware of what is happening to them.

I think they deserve to die a slow and painful death. Those people are SICK!!! Or castrate them with a dull knife or a saw(manual, not electric). Then they can't do it ever again.

90 days then a years probation in custody of family of victim, at end of year judge closes paperwork- may note defendant didn't last the year with family. Old sermon about tie millstone around neck and drop in river may also be appropriate. Be very sure about charges convicted on, don't lump the rape and child molester charges as the same. Complaint of rape by drunken adult after nights partying with acquaintances different than 10 year old attacked by stranger and suffering permanent damage- this can justify rougher sentence.. Feminist propaganda should be left out. Molestation should specify damages to victim by actions- some fooling around could get a spanking only.

I agree that these are horrible crimes, but let's not forget that MANY MANY "victims" of these crimes lie!
And our messed-up justice system LOVES to prosecute accused rapists and child molesters (as do yahoo posters, apparently).
