I've recently left the British Army and am interested in joining the Police, has anyone gone through this, how did you find the Police compared to the Army?

Many ex servicemen join uniformed services,the transition rests on if you're the type of person who can hack the lifestyle.

My late husband left the RAF and joined the Police. What he did find hard was the attitude of some towards the police especially the young.
