such as simple domestic assault?
and especially if filling out a form that you cannot pay them money because no job and are on welfare .
if you are required to take 8 anger classes , and meet once a week for 52 weeks,, how likely is it that they would allow you to move out of state to seek employment and just call them from there?
or would you have to find a new p.o?
please explain reasons.

I have NO idea if you are trolling or just curious, but what you are talking about here won't work. A person on probation signs an agreement of rules ( called sanctions) that MUST be followed to remain out of jail/prison.
Among them is to maintain steady employment, pay ALL fines/restitutions/classes that are mandated, attend all classes that are mandated, report when ordered and to stay within the area of your probation (usually meaning the county of residence).
Not attending classes and not maintaining employment in itself is enough for a violation of probation. Not paying monies owed is also a valid reason for a VOP.
A person on probation can only move out of the area with prior approval of the PO. If a person wants to leave the state, that calls for an interstate compact, which can only be done by the PO.
If a person simply leaves the state, that is a new charge of Fugitive from Justice ( Fed charge that carries 5 years).
These rules are standard to all probation departments in all states.
