my boyfrend got arested friday night , my mom and him were on ther way back home, when they got stoped.the cop asked if any one was on parole and my boyfriend said yes. so they contacted his P O, and he said to take him in. but my boyfriend didnt violate his parole in any way and he did nothing wrong. but his parole agent is holding him in jail.

Something is wrong somewhere.. I don't think you have all the facts or if you do you are seeking sympathy and don't want to face facts.. Why did " they " get stopped ? I have never heard of an officers standard question "is anyone on parole " . What did he do that caused him to be on parole? Sounds like you need a new boyfriend.. |

i don't understand why your boyfriend volunteered the Information that he was on parole but the po has the ability to hold him for the amount of time it takes him to get in front of a hearing officer or judge it may take 30 days or longer, |

They must find unopened containers of Alcohol in the car- oe used or unused drug paraphernalia- or he done violations against his parole- that you do not know or does NT want to tell you. Contact his Parole Officer by person...be polite & he will tell you the truth..why is arrested and what the charges are against his parole..also possible he did not kept his appointments- visiting his parole officer...a very important condition of his parole agreement. |
