How long in juvi?!?!?

alright so im 14
live in california
last year i got expelled for school/arrested for having weed on me and i got off easy with going to the pride program.

yesterday i got caught stealing 50 worth of stuff no police involved.
i have 2 ecstasy pills on me and they are seperated into baggies to sell
my parents are going to call the police how long in juvi ?
if the judge drug tested me coke, meth, mdma, and thc would show up

how long in juvi??!?!?!?!

i only smoke weed and do ecstasy not all thoose others..

this is a felony ur looking at a substantial amount of time, not necessarily in juvi but at least in correctional programs maybe like an outreach or community service, possible probation with regular drug testing

That's for a judge to decide. The judge will have guidelines to follow but there's no guarantees on how long or how short the term will be.

Possession of a controlled substance for sale (because the pills were packaged for sale) and having drugs in your system at the time of arrest?

If your parents do call the police you will probably be in juvinile hall or rehab for the next year at least. The judge could order you held until you are 18.

You are making some bad decisions that can have a severe impact on the rest of your life.

these people are dumb and obviously didnt read the part where you said no advice, sympathy or lectures. im gonna treat you just like the judge would and say girl, you f u c k e d up, and im puttin you in juvi until youre 18 and then probation for 10 years after that. if you get caught again then its big boy jail.
