How much jail time am I facing for violation of misdemeanor probation in TN?

My niece is serving probation for 2 DUI's in TN. She has a restricted license. She was involved in a fender bender yesterday, but did not have her driver's license with her. Her brother brought it to her from the house. She was NOT under the influence. She was on her way to work. Her court date is next week. Do you think she will have to go to jail. If so, how long?

I don't think they will send her to jail. But she has GOT TO pay attention. Do NOT drive without her license. Do NOT get into a fender bender (even if it wasn't her fault - practice defensive driving). Take driver's training courses. Take "Alive at 25". STOP drinking. Being on probation for TWO DUI's means she is a gnat's hair away from serious time.

I doubt that they will send her to prison just for not having her license with her.
