most likely restitution and a suspended sentence. |

This would depend on him taking responsibility for his actions. If he shows the prosecutor that he is sorry for the act he committed and compensates the property owner, it is possible to receive a light sentence or probation or community service.
If he doesn't, then the Prosecution can go after the maximum jail sentence and fines that the law will allow for the particular crime.
The court system is lenient to those who are truly sorry. |

This would just be a misdemeanor probably no jail time, just pay for damages and may have to do some community service with probation. Probation could be for a couple of years. They may make him go to AA classes since he was drinking. (depending on the amount) What he did was stupid but he will just get a slap in his wallet, if this is his first offense. If he blows his probation he will do jail time. |

Probably no jail time, but definatly a big fine. Probably community service as well. |

no jailtime. trust me. they will fine him, depending on the place. :D |

he won't get jail time, he'll just have to pay money to fix up the damage done to the car plus fines. Fine ranges anywhere from $50 to $1000 depending upon the judge. He won't get jail time but he will get probation. If he gets put on probation, he can't get into any trouble until his probation finishes, if he does, he'll get arrested and he'll be sent to jail. |

I would think it would depend on the dealership and if they are pursuing criminal charges, then he is going to jail. Maybe probation and a fine but not knowing his prior record, that is my prediction. |

I would say it will just be a big fine. most likely also she will have to take classes for being a minor with alcahol. idk.. im glad you realize it was wrong. that says a lot about your maturity. |

i seriously doubt he'll get jail time
maybe a couple hundred dollars in fines and probation for 6 months to a year... depending on how strict the city is. |

Oh well, it could be a big fine as well as jail time but it is completely up to the judge. Most probably is a fine but a good chance in jail. If jail, then it could be even up to 6 months. (depending on the crime) But this could be all wrong though. Don't take my words for fact. I could be completely wrong. |

maybe a misdemeanor, trespassing and vandalising,by the time fingerprints get back he would have time served, get a bondsman to get him out |

Could be a community sevice and fine but it may depend on if he is a first time offender . |
