In Canada, it would be a maximum of ten years. |

Are you black or white. Alot of people are still racist because they're really dumb. Your parents would probably go to jail because you're not an adult yet. |
|

i crush ye oll man!!

if shes outa order the gonna put her in a special jail for kids or if shes not she gonna go to jail when she is 18. |

Depends if they try her as an adult if they do maybe she will get life or 30 years |

it depends on the type of murder cuz she could be tried as an adult but unless its really gruesome and w/o cause i doubt they would and it also depends on whether she says it was in self-defense and they buy it or maybe sum psychological disorder, if she was being raped/abused repeatedly and traumatized by that....but it jus depends on the situation, how it was done, and why and what the jury decides 2 do. She could end up in juvie for a few years with probation for like ever after that or maybe even jus probation (but don't get your hopes u for that). |

If it's first degree, life in prison, probably with chance of parole
nobody who is under 18 at the time of a murder can receive a death sentence |

Depends on the laws of your state as to whether you would be tried as an adult. If you were, it would be a long long time. |

It depends what state you live in. Here in Texas the youngest if I am not mistake was 12 years of age. And served 24 years and appealed his own trial and got life. The laws are different in each state. I also am aware of 16-17 year olds that get tried for murder and get the adult punishment here. |

They would still be legally a juvenile, so it totally depends on the judge. They can send them to rehabilitation, or they can just send them to prison. Plus, what does being female have to do with it!!???? |

Depends how gruesome the murder was. They could try you as an adult if you admit that you knew what you were doing and you don't regret it. If you pleaded insanity you would be put in a mental institution for a very long time. My point is: Either way your going to be locked up for at least half your entire life. |

LIFE if consider as an adult |
|

One Big Awfull Mistake America
|
If it's 1st degree. anything under life without parole is not enough! other than that there are to many variables like what state, the judge, the findings, was it 1st degree, 2nd degree? |

A VERY LONG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I don't think tht person will get sent to jail but juve. instead because they are not considered as a adult but that person might get at least 9 or 10 months. |
|

none because your a minor. you'd go to juvie and then have another trial when you got out at 18 and then could be pt away for life
please don't murder someone. it will really **** up you life |
|

wanna know
 |
They can try you as an adult in most states in that case you would be sentenced to death or life without parole, they would keep you in a juvenile lock up until you turned 18 then transfer you to prison. So f you are thnking about it please think about the conseqences long and hard there are better ways to solve the problem.God Bless. |

It depends on the state, the lawyer, and if the offender had a prior record. It could be juvenile detention, or life in prison depending on if the girl is charged as an adult. |

There are a lot of variables to how much time she would get. Premeditation is the big one though. If the prosecutors can prove that she thought about doing the deed before she did it, then they could easily give her life.
Whether or not they try them as an adult is also another one. If she is tried as a juvenile, then they will probably give her a sentence that is less harsh than one that the would give to her if they tried her as an adult.
Geography also plays a considerable role. Racism is still a factor in many court cases, and could affect the outcome. Also, the specific laws in the state that she committed the crime in comes into play. |
