i got pulled over the other day. we were smoking joints outside a restaurant and the manager told us to leave casuse he was calling the cops. when i got pulled over, they took away all our alcohol which was in the hundreds. it happened in my moms merc. the only alco that was mynes was the beer and some vodka, there was champagne and wines which are realy really expensive that were my moms.........can i still get it back?????? the ccar was also towed as i had some sips............no charges laid..

ps, i really want the bottles back or else my mom will kill me, shes outta town on business. i only put her bottles in the trunk to showoff to some of my friends for some dumb reason, the bottles that belong to her are real expensive..........do police give it back?

I'm sorry thats what you'll have to get you done it only to show off your freinds .and your freinds are not really freinds if you have to show off. So theres nuthin you can do except gettting grounded.

Lets see....you were smoking pot, drinking and driving and showing off your parents' wealth to make points with your friends...sounds like someone's a little spoiled and needs to grow up.

as for the bottles, you MIGHT get them back, unless the cops decide they wanna drink...well since no charges are laid, thats sorta good.
