On probation then steals...wow not only does he get to go to jail for whatever he did to start with, he will get time tacked on for this. If it is a similar crime, his jail time will be doubled. This is a felony so you could be looking at 5-15 years due to he is on probation, but you don't say what for. |

His probation will be revoked for his previous crime and he will have to serve out the rest of that sentence; then, he will face identity theft, theft of property, and possibly other charges. If this is your "friend" you need to choose your friends with more care. If this is you, you had better grow up and straighten up fast. |
