How seriously do the police take it when you let the tyres down on somebodys car? but nothing else?

Oh dear you obviously didnt like them or they upset you. Depending where you are they may/not take it seriously, it is a criminal offence as its criminal damage to another persons property.

The weight of a car on completely flat tyres, even if it's not driven anywhere, can damage the structure of the tyre. As such, this kind of nonsense can be angled as criminal damage.

The police may not take it that seriously, but likewise may not be overly sympathetic when you receive a good kicking.

It depends. If it is a random person, its a minor crime. However, do it to someone you know and hate and you could easily trigger that state's anti-stalking laws. That serious trouble.

slash them with a stanley knife in the wall and do all four at the same time. its quicker they go down on their own and you wont get caught unless you are a complete idiot. this means four new tyres before you can drive it again. very inconvienient.
